Group Collect was established in 2014 as a licensed E-bureau of Standard Bank. We are a price competitive debit order collections solution and offer value adding reporting and infrastructure not normally afforded to SME’s.

In launching, we identified the opportunity in the market where SME’s required a Debit Order Service Provider who would be able to assist in applying audit processes and streamline the collections model – a blue sky goal of service providers who are plagued with poor customer experience feedback.
In addressing this industry need, we designed a practical collections process which simplified the Collect, Transfer and Report model to improve the customer experience and related Regulatory compliance.

This market approach has boded well for us and is evidenced through Group Collect being only one of a few independent Debit Order Service Providers in the country.
